Item 200: Renewal of the Downtown Property and Business Improvement District (PBID).\nThis item will be considered in the morning session which is scheduled to begin at\n10:00 a.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nIf the District renewal is approved by property owners, approximately $14,513,152.56\nwill be assessed to the 14,100 parcels within the proposed PBID in Fiscal Year 2026.
