PROCLAMATION RECOGNIZING THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF\nTHE LAGUNA DANCE FESTIVAL\nRecommendation: Approve the Proclamation recognizing the 20th Anniversary\nof the Laguna Dance Festival.\nProclamation\nE. ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE COUNCIL AGENDA.\nAs may be deemed necessary by the City Manager, agenda items may from time to\ntime be deleted from the agenda; in such event, the City Manager shall endeavor to\nprovide as much advance notice to the community as reasonably possible about the\nremoval of such items. Agenda items may only be added in accordance with\nGovernment Code Section 54950 et seq.
