APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO CITY COUNCIL POLICY NO. 48 ELECTRONIC\nSIGNATURES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve amended City Council Policy No. 48: Electronic\nSignatures, disallowing the use of secure electronic signatures in filing an original\nFair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Statement of Economic Interests Form\n700 in electronic format through DocuSign; and, 2) Prohibit the use of electronic\nsignatures on vital City records, including but not limited to Resolutions, Ordinances,\nand Minutes, as determined by the City Clerk of her/his designee.
