2.4 GREAT PARK LIVE TEMPORARY AMPHITHEATER\nCAPITAL UPDATES, RENTALS AND UPDATES TO\nPACIFIC SYMPHONY MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING\nACTION:\n1) Appropriate an amount not to exceed $4.9 million\nannually for the purchase and rental of capital\nequipment for Great Park Live.\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute and enter into\nagreements for the procurement of capital goods and\nservices for Great Park Live, including a sole source\nwith the Bar None Group, Inc., for an amount not to\nexceed $3.4 million.\n3) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to\nexecute an amendment to our existing MOU with\nPacific Symphony to serve as the resident orchestra at\nGreat Park Live.\n(Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City\nCouncil, the vote on this matter will reflect the prior\naction of each Councilmember when he or she sat and\nvoted as a member of the Board of Directors of the\nGreat Park Corporation. However, if a Councilmember\nis not present at the City Council meeting, his or her\nvote will be reflected as absent.)\n2.4
