15.m APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH THE HERMOSA BEACH LITTLE LEAGUE TO\nPROVIDE ITS ANNUAL YOUTH BASEBALL LEAGUE - 25-CR-013\nCEQA: Approval of the proposed agreement would be exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15304.\nThe agreement permits an annual youth baseball program with a minor, temporary\nuse of land. This program will have negligible or no permanent effect on the\nenvironment.\n(Community Resources Director Lisa Nichols)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve a three-year agreement with the Hermosa Beach Little League\n(HBLL) to continue operating its annual youth baseball league for the\n2025–2027 season; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and the City Clerk to\nattest, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
