D. Award Construction Contract to Doty Bros. Equipment Company for Pier Electrical Utility Relocation\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemptions pursuant to Sections 15301, 15302, 15303, and\n15311 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines and find that the\nproject was previously analyzed in the certified Santa Monica Pier Bridge Replacement\nProject Recirculated Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Assessment in\naccordance with CEQA; and\n2.
