15.k APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE\nCITY OF HERMOSA BEACH AND BURKE, WILLIAMS & SORENSEN, LLP AND\nSTAFFORD HR CONSULTING FOR LABOR RELATIONS SERVICES - 25-AS-014\nCEQA: Determine that approval of these professional services agreements are not\nprojects under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\n(Administrative Services Director Brandon Walker)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Award a Professional Services Contract with Burke, Williams & Sorensen LLP to\nprovide labor relations services at a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000 and a one-\nyear term ending January 31, 2026;\n2. Award a Professional Services Contract with Stafford HR Consulting to provide\nlabor relations services at a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000 and a one-year term\nending January 31, 2026; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest to the proposed\nagreements, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
