6. APPROVAL AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH PREMIER\nAQUATIC SERVICES, LLC\nRecommended Action: 1) Appropriate an additional $12,100 from\nthe available General Fund to account for the contract increase that\nimpacts the current FY 2024-25 budget year; and 2) Approve and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the\nagreement with Premier Aquatic Services LLC to continue providing\nall aquatic programs, including swim lessons, recreation swim, and\nwater aerobics, for the City at Paramount Park Pool for a total\namount of $1,000,585.50 for the next three years from the period\nJanuary 29, 2025 through January 31, 2028 (2025-2028).
