CONTINUING THE EMERGENCY REPAIR OF THE ESCONDIDO TRUNK SEWER MAIN\nRequest the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-06, declaring that pursuant to the terms of Section\n22050 of the California Public Contract Code, the City Council finds there is a need to continue the\nemergency repair of the Escondido Trunk Sewer Main.
