Direct staff to communicate to\nthe Executive Director of the South Bay Cities Council of Governments that the City at this time is not interested in\nparticipating in the REAP 2.0 Grant Program; or 3.) Direct staff to communicate to the Executive Director of the South\nBay Cities Council of Governments that the City is interested in participating in the REAP 2.0 Grant Program; or 4.)\nProvide further direction to staff.
