13. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Eurofins\nEaton Analytical, LLC. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 24-\n2384 with Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC (Eurofins), increasing the contract\namount by $180,000, (not-to-exceed $240,000 for the two-year (2) term) to\nprovide State mandated water quality sampling services; and\n2.
