(O’Neill/Copp)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve the plans, specifications, and construction\ndocuments for the Hesse Park Roof Replacement Project (CIP Project No.\n8509); 2) Award a construction contract for the Hesse Park Roof Replacement\nProject to Chapman Coast Roof Co., in the amount of $421,940, with a\ncontingency of 10%, or $42,194, for a total amount of up to $464,134; and, 3)\nAuthorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract, in a form approved\nby the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
