Expenditure:\nNot-to-Exceed $200,000 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the General Services Director and Fire Chief that City Council:\n1) Appropriate $200,000 to Fire Station #4 Remodel, FEAP302; and\n2) Approve the first amendment to the contract services agreement with Harry H. Joh\nConstruction, Inc. of Paramount, CA (C2022-097) to authorize additional project\ncontingency in the amount of $200,000 for a new not-to-exceed contract amount\nof $1,635,445 for Fire Station 4 Renovation and extend contract term through\nDecember 31, 2023.
