Second Reading and Adoption of an Ordinance Approving a Zoning\nOrdinance Text Amendment: To Amend Section 19.21.130 (Loading and\nUnloading Requirements) of the City of Commerce Municipal Code To\nLimit the Hours of Loading and Unloading in Manufacturing Zoned\nProperties when Located Within 300 Feet of Properties Located in the\nCity’s R-1 and R-2 Zones\nThe City Council will consider for second reading and adoption an Ordinance\nand waive the full reading and read by title only an Ordinance titled, "AN\nORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE,\nCALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 19 (ZONING) OF THE COMMERCE\nMUNICIPAL CODE TO MODIFY CHAPTER 19.21.130 (LOADING AND\nUNLOADING REQUIREMENTS);" and Make a determination that the\nproposed Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment is exempt from environmental\nreview pursuant to the guidelines of the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) (Title14, Chapter 3, Article 19, Section 15308, Actions by Regulatory\nAgencies for Protection of the Environment); or Provide an alternative\nrecommendation.\nAttachments: Staff Report\nOrdinance\nCITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY REPORTS
