7.1 Housing Funds: HUD Block Grant Programs Funding Priorities for 2025-2029 Consolidated\nPlan and 2025/26 Annual Action Plan\nReport Number: 25-0034\nLocation: No specific geographic location\nDepartment: Housing and Homeless Services\nG.C. § 84308 Regulations Apply: No\nEnvironmental Notice: The activity is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines. Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the\nactivity also qualifies for an Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act State Guidelines. Under the National Environmental Policy Act\n(NEPA), the activity is exempt pursuant to Title 24, Part 58.34(a)(2)(3) of the Code of Federal\nRegulations.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nHear a presentation, conduct the public hearing to receive community input on the 2025-2029\nFive-Year Consolidated Plan and the 2025-2026 annual Action Plan, and provide feedback to\nstaff, as appropriate.
