6.3 AGREEMENT WITH GFIVE ENTERPRISES INC. DBA ADVANCED POOL\nSPECIALISTS FOR THE AQUATIC CENTER POOL DECK SURFACE\nREHABILITATION PROJECT\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve Contract Documents, Specifications, and Plans for Aquatic Center Pool\nDeck Rehabilitation Project;\n2. Award an agreement in the amount of $238,312.00 to GFive Enterprises Inc. dba\nAdvanced Pool Specialists for Aquatic Center Pool Deck Surface Rehabilitation\nProject;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with GFive Enterprises Inc.\ndba Advanced Pool Specialists;\n4. Authorize City staff to make total compensation to GFive Enterprises Inc. dba\nAdvanced Pool Specialists up to $238,312.00 plus $23,831.20 (10% of the\nagreement amount) to allow for contingencies, totaling 262,143.20; and\n5.
