Acceptance of Bids and Award of Contract for the 2024-25 Slurry Seal and\nVeterans Way Improvement Project\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAccept the bids and award a contract for the 2024-25 Slurry Seal and\nVeterans Way Improvement Project to American Asphalt South, Inc. in the\namount of $268,613; and authorize the City Manager to approve contract\nchange orders up to 10 percent of the total bid amount.
