15. 25-54149 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute a contract, and any necessary documents, including any necessary\nsubsequent amendments, with Bound Tree Medical, LLC of Dublin, OH, for\nfurnishing and delivering emergency medical supplies, on the same terms and\nconditions afforded to the Local Government Purchasing Cooperative d/b/a\nBuyBoard (BuyBoard), in an annual amount of $400,000, authorize a 15 percent\ncontingency in the amount of $60,000, for a total annual amount not to exceed\n$460,000, until the BuyBoard Contract No. 704-23 expires on May 31, 2025, with\nthe option to renew for as long as the BuyBoard contract is in effect, at the\ndiscretion of the City Manager.
