3. 25-54249 Recommendation to authorize the General Manager to provide and request\nemergency assistance to and from participating agencies under the terms and\nconditions of the California Utilities Emergency Association (CUEA) and California\nWater/Wastewater Agency Response Network (CalWARN) mutual assistance\nagreements, subject to the General Manager’s confirmation of adequate staffing\nand equipment resources, and with the condition that such assistance does not\nexceed thirty (30) days per incident and/or a total aggregate cost of $1,000,000 for\nall incidents, under both agreements, per fiscal year.\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.
