APPROVAL OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE AUBURN AVENUE SEWER\nIMPROVEMENTS PROJECT CIP 2024-10.(Richard/Kavouse)\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends City Council approve an award of construction contract\nagreement with High Desert Underground in the amount of $675,547, to provide construction of Auburn\nAvenue Sewer Improvements Project, authorizing City Manager or designee to expend the contingency\nfund, if necessary to complete the project, and determine the project is categorically exempt from further\nenvironmental review in accordance with Section 15301 of the state guidelines implementing the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
