FUND TRANSFER AGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY FOR\nMEASURE W MUNICIPAL FUNDS - This action will allow the City of Santa Clarita\nto begin receiving its municipal share of the Safe Clean Water Measure W parcel tax.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to sign the required Fund Transfer\nAgreement from Los Angeles County to accept the 40 percent municipal share of funds\ncollected from City of Santa Clarita properties under the Safe Clean Water Measure W\nparcel tax, subject to City Attorney approval.
