29. 25-54227 Recommendation to adopt Plans and Specifications No. R-7230 and award a\ncontract to Best Contracting Services, Inc. of Gardena, CA for the construction of\nthe Main Health Critical Facility Improvements Project, in the amount of\n$5,760,870, authorize a 20 percent contingency in the amount of $1,152,174, for a\ntotal contract amount not to exceed $6,913,044; and, authorize City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the contract, including\nany necessary subsequent amendments.
