Bailey House Roof Project – Agreement Ratification and Change of\nScope\nRecommendation:\n1) Ratify the agreement with LA Rocque Better Roofs Inc.;\n2) Authorize the City Manager to sign a Change Order for a total of\n$28,076.75;\n3) Accept the work performed by LA Rocque Better Roofs Inc.; and\n4) Authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion on behalf of the\nCity of Whittier.
