Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING\nRICHARD OLSON AS WATER MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT;” and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an Agreement with Retired Annuitant\nRichard Olson.
