Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2025-08 titled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BELL CITY COUNCIL APPROVING\nTHE CITY’S COMMUNITY DEVELEOPMENT BLOCK GRANT\nPROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026
