10.o APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO CONTRACT NO. C40350 WITH ST. 825\nFRANCIS ELECTRIC, LLC, FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL PREVENTIVE\nMAINTENANCE AND EMERGENCY ON-CALL SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. C40350 with St.\nFrancis Electric, LLC, of Riverside, California, for traffic signal\npreventive maintenance and emergency on-call services to\nincrease compensation in amount not to exceed $200,000\nannually.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute said amendment.
