Approve prepayment of expenditures not to exceed $130,000, to\nbe included in the FY 2025-26 Annual Budget for production of the\nJuly 4, 2025, Independence Day Celebration.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute vendor contracts\nassociated with event production.
