L. APPROVAL OF TWO (2) COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER AGREEMENTS WITH\nCBRE, INC., AND THE ACADEMY GROUP, INC., FOR ON-CALL REAL ESTATE\nBROKERAGE SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Commercial Real Estate Broker Agreement No. 25P030 with CBRE, Inc., for\non-call real estate brokerage services for an initial one (1) year term;\n2. Approve Commercial Real Estate Broker Agreement No. 25P031 with The Academy\nGroup, Inc., for on-call real estate brokerage services for an initial one (1) year term;\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
