City Council Communications/Committee Reports/Meeting Reports City\nCouncil Communications/Committee Reports/Meeting Reports During this\npart of the meeting members of the City Council report to the\ncommunity on various matters of interest, including reports concerning\ncommittees on which the Councilmembers serve and reports on\nmeetings/conferences attended. In addition, verbal reports will also be\nprovided in such cases where the City Council-appointed delegate and/or\nalternate is unable to attend a scheduled meeting, and there is\ninsufficient time to schedule an agenda item for Council consideration of\nanother alternate, necessitating a Mayor’s urgency appointment.\nRequests may also be made of staff for reports which will be presented\nto the City Council at a subsequent meeting, or for the scheduling of\nfuture agenda items. There will be no discussion or action taken on any\nof the items that may be presented during this agenda item, except to\napprove or ratify travel expenses for City-related business.
