(ESRI) FOR\nGEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) SERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Dispense with competitive bidding pursuant to Buena Park\nMunicipal Code Sections 3.28.080 (C) and 3.28.080 (H) for the proposed services; 2) Approve\nan agreement with ESRI in the amount of $201,000 for GIS services; 3) Authorize the City\nManager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement;\nand 4) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
