MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN THE CITY OF BUENA PARK AND\nKUKKIWON CALIFORNIA, LLC TO PROMOTE MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION IN\nSPREADING TAEKWONDO CULTURE AND BRINGING COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TO\nTHE BUENA PARK COMMUNITY\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City\nof Buena Park and Kukkiwon California Branch, LLC to promote mutual understanding and\ncooperation in spreading Taekwondo culture and bringing community and economic\ndevelopment to the Buena Park community; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to\nmake any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and 3) Authorize the Mayor\nand City Clerk to execute the agreement.
