15.s APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES\nSOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS - 25-PD-003\n(Police Chief Paul LeBaron)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed first amendment to an agreement with Los Angeles\nSociety for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (spcaLA) to provide animal\ncare services at a not-to-exceed amount of $46,000 and a term ending April\n30, 2025 (Attachment 2); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest to the\nproposed amendment, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
