8.1 APPEAL NOS. 2024-005 AND 2024-006, APPEALS OF PLANNING This item has attachments\nCOMMISSION APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 20788, SITE\nPLAN REVIEW NO. 2022-007 (CORDOVA COMPLEX), ENVIRONMENTAL\nIMPACT REPORT, FINDINGS OF FACT, STATEMENT OF OVERRIDING\nCONSIDERATIONS AND\nMITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM FOR A PROPOSED ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION AND\nWAREHOUSE CENTER.\nIt is recommended that the Town Council:\nA. Open a public hearing and take testimony;\nB. Close the public hearing;\nC. Adopt Town Council Resolution Nos. 2025-02 and 2025-03, which: 1) deny Appeals of previously issued approvals of\nTentative Parcel Map No. 20788 and Site Plan Review No. SPR2022-007 (Cordova Complex); 2) re-certify the project’s\nEnvironmental Impact Report; 3) adopt Findings of Fact, a Statement of Overriding Considerations and a Mitigation\nMonitoring and Reporting Program; and 4) re-approve TPM No. 20788 and SPR No. 2022-007; and\nD. Direct Staff to timely file a new Notice of Determination with the State Clearinghouse and Clerk of the Board of San\nBernardino County.
