SANTA CLARITA PERFORMING ARTS CENTER AT COLLEGE OF THE\nCANYONS AGREEMENT - City Council review of the agreement between the City of\nSanta Clarita and the Santa Clarita Community College District regarding the Santa\nClarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a three-year\nagreement with the Santa Clarita Community College District for an amount not to\nexceed $80,000 per year for the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the\nCanyons, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028, subject to City Attorney approval.
