Review and renew Ordinance No. 22-1446 (Attachment 1), an ordinance of\nthe City of Hermosa Beach adopting Military Use Equipment Policy, in\naccordance with Assembly Bill 481;\n2. Receive and file the Hermosa Beach Police Department (HBPD) Annual\nMilitary Equipment Report (Attachment 2), in compliance with Assembly Bill\n481, governing the use of military equipment by HBPD; and\n3. Receive and file the Hermosa Beach Police Department Policy\n706—Military Equipment (Attachment 3).
