Introduce by title only and waive first reading of an Ordinance of the City of\nHermosa Beach, California, (Attachment 1) repealing Hermosa Beach\nMunicipal Code (“HBMC”) sections 12.28.010 and 12.20.240 and adding\nChapter 12.40 to the HBMC regulating camping in public areas and finding\nthe ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”); and\n2. Direct the City Clerk to publish a summary ordinance.
