Adopt a resolution (Attachment 1) approving participation in the Permanent\nLocal Housing Allocation (PLHA) Program and designating the programs to\nreceive the funding;\n2. Appropriate $36,253 and approve estimated revenue of $36,253 in the\nGrants Fund for the PLHA program; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary contracts and\nagreements for participation in the PLHA program, subject to approval by\nthe City Attorney.
