4. CONSIDER RESOLUTION NO. R25-04 AUTHORIZING THE CITY\nMANAGER, CHIEF OF POLICE OR THE EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS\nAND COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR TO EXECUTE THE\nCALIFORNIA OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES APPLICATION (FORM\nOES-FPD-130 ) AND FILE IT WITH THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR?S\nOFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING\nFEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR ANY EXISTING OR FUTURE\nGRANT PROGRAM\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt\nResolution No. R25-04 authorizing the city manager, chief of police or the\nemergency preparedness and community outreach coordinator to\nexecute the California Office of Emergency Services application (form\nOES-FPD-130 ) and file it with the California Governor's Office of\nEmergency Services for the purpose of obtaining federal financial\nassistance for any existing or future grant program.\nStaff Report
