RESULTS OF THE 2025-26 COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY\nFOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM - A\nneeds assessment process is conducted annually as part of the Community Development\nBlock Grant program.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council conduct a public hearing and receive information regarding the results of\nthe annual Community Needs Assessment Survey conducted as part of the Community\nDevelopment Block Grant Program.\nCONSENT CALENDAR\nAll matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by one\nmotion by the City Council. The items are not individually discussed by the City Council unless\na request is made by a member of the public or the Council, in which case, the item(s) will be\nremoved from the Consent Calendar and will be considered separately.
