SAND CANYON TRAIL, PHASE IV, PROJECT T3024 - SUMMARY VACATION\nOF AN OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR FUTURE STREET PURPOSES ALONG\nSULTUS STREET AND SAND CANYON ROAD AND ACCEPTANCE OF AN\nEASEMENT FOR TRAIL PURPOSES - This item considers adopting a resolution for\nthe summary vacation of an offer of dedication for future street purposes along Sultus\nStreet and Sand Canyon Road and accepts an easement for trail purposes.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Adopt a resolution for the summary vacation of an offer of dedication for future street\npurposes along Sultus Street and Sand Canyon Road, as described and shown on\nExhibit “A” Legal Description and Exhibit “B” Exhibit Map of the attached\nresolution.\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to record the certified original resolution in the Los Angeles\nCounty Registrar-Recorder’s office.\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to accept the dedication and grant of\neasement for public use and trail purposes along Sultus Street.\n4. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
