6.5 APPROVE PURCHASE OF TWO PLAYGROUND STRUCTURES FOR This item has attachments\nCORWIN PARK AND MENDEL PARK\nThat the Town Council approve and authorize the Town Manager, or his designee, to approve the price proposal and authorize\na purchase order with Playcore Wisconsin, Inc. dba GameTime, OMNIA Partners for the purchase and installation of two\nplayground structures, along with the provision of wood chips and removal of existing playground equipment, at Corwin Park\nand Mendel Park. The price proposal is in the amount of $530,000. Due to the removal and installation of existing wood\nchips/rubber mulch and playground equipment, we are requesting a 10% contingency of $53,000 to cover any unforeseen\nneeds that may arise to complete the project, resulting in the total price proposal for the project not to exceed $583,000.
