CONSIDER APPROVING THE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENTS FOR THE CLEAN POWER ALLIANCE'S\nREACH CODE PROGRAMS FOR BUILDING AND TRANSPORTATION ELECTRIFICATION PROGRAM FOR\nNEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING BUILDINGS (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the Participation Agreements with Clean Power Alliance to allow enrollment in the Clean\nPower Alliance Reach Code Program for Building and Transportation Electrification, applicable to both\nnew construction and existing buildings.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the agreements and any related documents subject to\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.
