APPROVE Amendment No.1 to Agreement with Cheng-Wei Pong DBA Pong Consulting for Software\nDevelopment Services, for an increased amount not to exceed of $69,960, increasing the total contract\nsum to $133,800.00; and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the amendment after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
