J. Consideration and possible action to award a Professional Services\nAgreement to Fire Grazers, Inc. to perform fuel modification by goat grazing.\n(Hevener)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with\nFire Grazers, Inc. in the total amount of $1,049,620 over a three-year period\n($331,335 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25; $349,652 for FY 2025-26; and\n$368,634 for FY 2026-27) plus a 10% contingency, with an optional three-year\nextension by mutual consent; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to\nexecute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
