CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR\nA closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54956.8, to\nenable the City Council to consider negotiations with Mr. Joseph Low, with\nwhom City is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiator(s) the City\nManager and City Attorney regarding that certain real property whose\nAssessor's Parcel Number is 7572-010-027. The City's real property\nnegotiator will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and\nterms of payment for the property.
