Waive full reading and introduce Ordinance No. 1254 titled “An Ordinance of the City\nCouncil of the City of Brea Amending the Brea City Code by Adopting Zoning Ordinance Text\nAmendment No. ZOTA 2024-01 (Omnibus Zoning Code Update); and\n— 2. Approve a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Exemption Determination; and\n— 3. Schedule adoption of aforementioned Ordinance at the next regular City Council meeting.\n— There is no impact to the General Fund.
