4D. AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT (OCSD) TO TRANSFER\nFUNDS RELATED TO THE 2024 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT\n(JAG) PROGRAM FOR THE PURCHASE OF CRIME SCENE PROCESSING EQUIPMENT AND\nBREACHING TOOLS\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve an agreement with the Orange County Sheriff’s\nDepartment (OCSD) to transfer funds for the 2024 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance\nGrant (JAG) Program for the purchase of crime scene processing equipment and breaching\ntools; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement; 3) Ratify the City Manager's execution of the agreement; and, 4)\nApprove a budgetary action to appropriate funds in the amount of $12,650.
