CONSIDERATION OF AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND PROPERTY DISPOSITION\nAGREEMENT WITH HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FOR CITY-OWNED PROPERTY AT 6701\nSTANTON AVENUE AND 7962 PINCHOT COURT AND CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION\nDECLARING THE PROPERTIES TO BE EXEMPT SURPLUS LAND\n— Recommended Action: 1) City Council consider approving an Affordable Housing and\nProperty Disposition Agreement with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, Inc. (“Habitat”)\nfor disposition and development of City-owned property at 6701 Stanton Avenue and 7962\nPinchot Court, subject to non-monetary changes approved by the City Manager and City\nAttorney; 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute and administer the transaction on the\nCity’s behalf; and, 3) Consider approval of a Resolution declaring the subject properties to be\n"Exempt Surplus Land" pursuant to the California Surplus Land Act (Government Code Section\n54220 et seq.
