18. REVIEW OF MICROGRID LOCATIONS AND\nSYSTEMS\nRecommendations:\n(1) Receive the staff presentation on the analysis\nresults and:\na. Provide direction on site selection\npriorities;\nb. Approve a 24-hour battery backup as the\nstandard resiliency model for microgrid\nsites; and\nc. Provide direction on the preferred\npurchasing model for the microgrid system;\nand\n(2) Direct staff to prepare a contract with Staten Solar\nfor future City Council review.
