PROCLAMATION RECOGNIZING THE 50TH\nANNIVERSARY OF THE LAGUNA BEACH\nSENIORS\nRecommendation: Approve the Proclamation\nrecognizing the 50th Anniversary of the Laguna Beach\nSeniors.\nProclamation\nE. ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE COUNCIL\nAGENDA.\nAs may be deemed necessary by the City Manager, agenda\nitems may from time to time be deleted from the agenda; in\nsuch event, the City Manager shall endeavor to provide as\nmuch advance notice to the community as reasonably\npossible about the removal of such items. Agenda items may\nonly be added in accordance with Government Code Section\n54950 et seq.
